Mission Statement:
Our mission is to cultivate a supportive, inclusive design community for women in the Greater San Antonio area; somewhere emerging and established creatives can connect, collaborate, and empower each other to frow. Through shared knowledge, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue, we aim to challenge outdated industry norms and uplift one another as we build a more equitable, transparent, and inspiring design and building culture.
